Job summary

Team Fishel in Richmond, VA is seeking a Supervisor for Underground Electric Projects to oversee safety, quality, and profitability of assigned jobs. You will schedule crews to meet customer deadlines and coordinate with subcontractors to manage workflow.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in underground electrical projects, familiarity with directional boring, and strong understanding of contracting and accounting practices, with proven ability to keep crews on

Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Construction, is hiring a Supervisor for Underground Electric Projects in our Richmond, VA operation.

The Supervisor will be responsible for the safety, quality, and profitability of all the jobs in their area. They will be expected to schedule crews to meet the customer’s schedule and work with subcontractors as needed to handle workflow. The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience supervising underground electrical projects
• Familiarity with directional boring
• A working understanding of contracting and accounting practices
• Demonstrated ability to keep crews on schedule
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Starting pay $80,000 - $100,000 / annual depending on experience.
