Job summary

TEKsystems in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks an experienced shift supervisor to lead the New Jersey operations center. This contract-to-hire role ensures staffing meets regulatory requirements and oversees day-to-day shift activities.

You will handle escalations, train staff, provide feedback, and prepare weekly reports for leadership on performance and trends. This is an onsite, full-time role.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree Preferred
• Two years of higher education or work experience substitute
• Experience with configurations of consoles, routers, port servers, switches and printers.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for day-to-day functions of the New Jersey operations center and staffing to meet regulatory requirements.
• Acts as the point person for escalations during assigned shift following escalation protocols.
• Responsible for training and development of staff at the New Jersey Office for the shift they lead.
• Ensures staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; developing, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards.
• Provides weekly and monthly reporting needed by leadership to understand New Jersey Office performance, trends, and requirements.
• Ensures New Jersey Operations team activities are carried out in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and laws governing business operations for the shift they lead.
• Responsible for the timely preparation of other paperwork our partners, auditors and the corporate office requests, such as incident reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
