Job summary

Globe Communications LLC is seeking a Telecommunications Supervisor Construction to oversee and implement the company’s construction program, ensuring adherence to rules, practices, and policies across job sites. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills in AutoCAD/MicroStation, GIS, and Microsoft Office to drive project planning and execution.

You’ll supervise teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Telecommunications construction experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or advanced training.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD或 MicroStation drafting software.
• Working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 1+ years of leadership or project management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization’s long-term strategy.
• Supervise day-to-day activities and project progress; provide administrative guidance on project execution and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide monthly variance updates.
• Identify and address project issues and risks; help develop mitigation plans.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
• Supervise staff to ensure construction activities meet regulations and standards.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization’s long-term strategy
• Supervise day-to-day activities/project teams and project progress, establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
• Identify and correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
• Supervise staff to ensure the organization’s construction activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.

What You’ll Need

• You will have 5 or more years of progressive Telecommunications construction experience
• You will have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• You may have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related industry, or advanced training in the field
• You will have working knowledge of AutoCAD/MicroStation drafting software
• You may have worked knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
• You may have 1 or more years of personnel and functional leadership experience and/or project management experience
• Have a valid driver's license
