Globe Communications, LLC in Commerce, GA, is seeking a Telecommunications Supervisor Construction to lead field projects and supervise crews while ensuring adherence to construction rules, practices, and company policies.

This salaried role requires 5+ years of telecom construction experience, AutoCAD/MicroStation knowledge, GIS familiarity, and MS Office proficiency, plus leadership and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Telecommunications construction experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or advanced training in the field.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD/MicroStation drafting software.
• Geographic Information Systems knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 1+ years of personnel and functional leadership experience and/or project management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization's long-term strategy.
• Supervise day-to-day activities/project teams and project progress, establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports.
• Identify and correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
• Supervise staff to ensure the organization's construction activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.

What you’ll do

• You may have 1 or more years of personnel and functional leadership experience and/or project management experience
• Have a valid driver's license
