Job summary

Bally's in Louisiana seeks a Table Games Supervisor to lead and train dealers, ensuring excellent service and strict adherence to gaming regulations. You will oversee up to 10 staff, manage performance, and enforce internal controls in a high-volume, smoking-friendly environment.

Strong leadership, knowledge of table procedures, and a LA Ops License are required, with ongoing training sessions to maintain standards.

• Address complaints and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Job description

• Must have a good, sound knowledge of table procedures.
• Excellent customer service knowledge of general information and comps. (i.e. dinners, concerts and entertainment)
• Must have a knowledge of all procedures including fills, credits, bank rolls, marker play and irregularities.
• Thorough knowledge of Internal Controls, title 31 and Louisiana Gaming Regulations.
• Must have excellent leadership skills to supervise dealers.
• Continued training sessions required.

Directly supervises up to 10 employees in the Table Games Department.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Target Salary Range:

• $22.05 per hour
