Boyd Gaming Corporation seeks a Kitchen Sanitation Attendant to maintain cleanliness and safety in all kitchen areas. You will monitor sanitation, follow policies, and support staff to ensure daily operations meet quality standards. This onsite role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and reliable communication with team members.

Experience is preferred, and eligibility to obtain necessary licenses is required in a fast-paced casino kitchen environment.

Formación

• Six (6) months of experience in the same or similar position preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 40 pounds.
• Must be knowledgeable about kitchen and equipment cleaning and sanitizing standards and practices.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsabilidades
