Zusammenfassung

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Kitchen Sanitation Supervisor to monitor work performance, delegate shift tasks and ensure compliance with sanitation standards across operations.

You will maintain shift records, inspect areas, oversee equipment and guide sanitation staff to meet safety, cleanliness and policy requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Six months of experience in the same or similar position preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of shift.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 40 pounds.
• Knowledge of kitchen and equipment cleaning and sanitizing standards and practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
