Job summary

A global hospitality organization located in Bozeman is looking for a Cleaning Operations Supervisor. This role entails maintaining efficient cleaning department operations, assisting in training, and ensuring all responsibilities are met according to company standards. Ideal candidates will have at least one year in cleaning, familiarity with safety procedures, and a Montana state Food Handler’s certificate. Responsibilities

  • Maintain the smooth and efficient operations of the cleaning department.
  • Assist within the operation and provide team support.
  • Inspect equipment and ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed.
  • Inspect any equipment fully and according to the correct manual to ensure the correct and efficient working condition of the equipment and that the correct chemicals are being used.
  • Ensure that all necessary cleaning materials and chemicals are collected from prior to proceeding to your designated area of work to avoid time delays.
  • Ensure that all washing temperatures and recycling of dishwater are maintained in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure that correct handling and storage procedures are followed with all operating equipment to minimize breakage and stock losses.
  • To correctly follow polishing procedures when cleaning silver, copper, brass, gold or any other metal items and to ensure that the correct polishing agents are being used to avoid damage to or loss of items.
  • Ensure that you are familiar with and fully trained in the operation of all electrical equipment to avoid accidents or injury to you or your colleagues. Do not operate any equipment without the relevant training.
  • Keep accurate records as required by the Chief Steward within your area of work.
  • Ensure that all Food Safety standards – are followed to the fullest.
  • Assist with any other duties as required by the line manager or another member of the management team

Job Summary

Maintain the smooth and efficient operations of the cleaning department and ensure that all work is done in accordance with One&Only standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Carry out on the job training and assist within the operation
  • Provide support for the team, liaise with Chief Steward regarding function set up and break down

  • Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and bending in an operational environment for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and pulling

  • Working in outdoor environments, including high altitudes, that may present extreme weather conditions such as snow, ice, rain, heat, wind, etc.
