Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin in Montana is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to service the Colleague Village and Public Areas. You will uphold One&Only standards, greet colleagues warmly, and ensure a clean, sanitized environment.

You will perform deep cleaning, replenish supplies, and report maintenance as needed. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Seasonal ski benefits and housing support are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with hotel facilities, operations, and services is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, co-workers, and managers.
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Extends warm, personalized greetings to colleagues, using names whenever possible.
• Delivers housekeeping services that consistently exceed expectations, with all assigned areas maintained according to One&Only standards.
• Performs deep cleaning of Colleague Rooms and Public Areas, and other designated venues.
• Keeps carpets in public areas clean through daily vacuuming, edging, and spot treatment.
• Thoroughly sanitizes equipment in public areas, such as ice machines.
• Prepares scheduled arrival of Colleague Rooms to be ready at the designated times.
• Maintains all in-room materials, such as compendiums, directories, booklets, and flyers in excellent conditions.
• Replenishes linens, towels, amenities, and other related supplies in accordance with Colleague Village standards.
• Ensures plateware, glassware, and cutlery in Colleague Rooms meet hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Understands the responsibility of carrying a Master Key and maintains its security.
• Ensures all housekeeping equipment is cleaned, properly stored, and in good working condition, reporting any malfunctions and defects to the Housing Manager.
• Reports maintenance issues to the Housing Manager.
• Complies with the SOPs for cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up all assigned areas.
• Follows chemical usage guidelines as outlined in the Chemical Training SOP.
• Observes safe working practices in line with SOPs regarding Health and Safety.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Housing Manager or other members of the Management team.

Job Summary

The Attendant, Housekeeping (CV) is responsible for providing housekeeping services across the Colleague Village complex to include all Colleague Rooms and Public Areas. This individual must demonstrate genuine care and concern for colleagues at all times, with a focus on maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized environment.
