Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of customer service experience; supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and operate espresso machines and POS systems.
• Commitment to guest service and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coffee outlet in the absence of the department manager.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and coaching associates to maintain standards.
• Monitor staffing, opening/closing duties, and safety/service procedures.
• Ensure menu knowledge, upselling, and consistency of quality.
• Support cash handling, payroll reporting, inventory, and waste tracking.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and brand standards to keep a guest-focused environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the coffee outlet in the absence of the department manager, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and coaching associates to maintain performance standards and a positive team culture.
• Monitor staffing levels, opening and closing duties, and adherence to safety and service procedures.
• Ensure menu knowledge, suggestive selling, and quality standards are consistently upheld by the team.
• Support cash handling, payroll reporting, inventory control, food ordering, and waste tracking.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and brand standards to create a safe, clean, and guest-focused environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to direct and motivate a team.
• Ability to learn quickly, use technical equipment such as espresso machines, and process transactions using POS systems.
• Commitment to guest service, organization, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
