Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to help lead daily operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences and foster a motivated team in a fast-paced hotel dining setting.

You will oversee service standards, coach a hands-on team, manage staffing, and uphold WLW training and safety protocols while collaborating with other hotel departments. Experience in a high-volume restaurant, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS

Qualifications

Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds and move between hot and cold environments as needed.
College degree preferred.

Responsibilities
