Job summary

White Lodging in Austin, TX is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and lead a hands-on, guest‑focused team.

You will coach associates, monitor dining times and seating rotations, implement WLW standards, and ensure staffing aligns with forecasts in a high‑volume setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and move between hot and cold environments.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring all service standards are consistently met.
• Lead by example and assist associates during service to maintain a hands-on and guest-focused approach.
• Implement and uphold WLW training, certification materials, and scenography standards.
• Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities to ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate associate documentation, performance reviews, and evaluations.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of hospitality through communication and coaching.

• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
• Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds and move between hot and cold environments as needed.
• College degree preferred.
