White Lodging is seeking a hospitality team member to deliver exceptional guest experiences, serve beverages, and maintain a polished appearance. You will stay knowledgeable about menu items and assist customers with recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and reliability, with opportunities for growth and access to employee benefits from day one. Physical endurance for long shifts is required.

Qualifications

• An outgoing and social personality with a passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
