Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor in a retail store in Missouri. You will support the management team to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales, while maintaining store standards for merchandising and operations.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, engage with customers to build relationships, and lead by example on the sales floor and during designated shifts. This role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a commitment to our values.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and metrics.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• Occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty by using company tools.
• Be a role model to team members for the customer experience.

• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.

As a Part‑Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part‑Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

You will also have:

• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $15.75/Hr -USD $21.63/Hr.
