Job summary

Aéropostale is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the store management team in delivering excellent customer experiences and achieving sales goals. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual standards, and lead associates daily.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced apparel environment. You will model company values and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience in apparel retail preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations.

• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.

• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.

The Part‑Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $16.25/Hr -USD $22.38/Hr.
