Job summary

JCPenney in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support store leadership, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise shifts, coach associates, and help maintain store standards in merchandising and operations.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in apparel, a track record of meeting sales targets, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Some travel to other stores may be necessary.

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

As the Part-Time Supervisor you will:

Qualifications

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
