Job summary

JCPenney in Pennsylvania is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team, drive sales, and create a positive customer experience across the store.

You will perform POS transactions, coach teammates, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure store standards while working evenings and weekends. Eligible associates receive medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k) with company match, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range
