Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Part‑Time Supervisor in Illinois, Aurora to support the Store Manager and lead a team on the shop floor. You will drive sales, learn all aspects of store operations, and maintain visual standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, engaging customers, and ensuring proper cashier and merchandising practices. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a high-volume apparel environment is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and metrics.

The Part‑Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

As the Part‑Time Supervisor you will:

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.

• Support the management team to ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $16.25/Hr -USD $22.38/Hr.
