Pay Range

USD $55,151.00 - USD $66,447.00 /Yr.

Work Schedule

M-F 6am-7pm, CDT

Overview

We are expanding our team with a Supervisor, Specialty Pharmacy Support Services. Under the general direction of the Associate Manager, Pharmacy Services, this role manages daily operations of a team of Reimbursement or Intake Specialists, monitors productivity and performance, oversees workflow, participates in hiring, training, and evaluation, and ensures adherence to policies and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule staff, monitor workflow, develop skills, evaluate performance, and handle employee relations.
  • Develop and monitor compliance with quality, service, and production standards.
  • Ensure task turnaround times meet standards and client guarantees.
  • Assist in monitoring costs for budget compliance.
  • Address operational, system, customer service, and quality issues.
  • Participate in process improvements and operational efficiency analyses.
  • Act as escalation point for complex issues and represent pharmacy in meetings.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CPhT required for overseeing Intake Specialists.
  • 2-5 years of experience, preferably in a pharmacy setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations.
  • Support compliance program objectives and interact cooperatively with team members.
