Qualifications

• New York State clinical licensure required with minimum three years in case management/quality improvement.
• Knowledge of NCQA/Medicare/Medicaid guidelines preferred.
• Ability to multitask and balance priorities.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet and email.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision to CM staff including performance reviews and development plans.
• Coordinate daily activities and staffing to meet Health Plan goals.
• Participate in recruitment, training and staff retention.
• Lead performance management and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with other departments, members, providers, and community agencies.
• Maintain staff documentation and reporting related to Quality Improvement.
