Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Take and input customer orders using the restaurant's POS system and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and act as manager on duty during shifts.
• Provide guidance and support to serving staff and train new team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth order flow and high service levels.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and monitor POS activity.
• Address guest inquiries, dietary restrictions, and special requests promptly.
