Job summary

MetaSource is seeking a Scan Center Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the assigned team, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met and deadlines are achieved.

You will schedule resources, oversee equipment, and coach staff while maintaining safety and cost controls, communicating professionally with clients and colleagues in a busy production environment.

Qualifications

Description

The Scan Center Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of their assigned team or shift. As a member of leadership, this role is responsible to ensure all quality and productivity standards are met, continually assesses business needs, and implements strategies to increase the value of service provided, organize and be responsible for tasks, time, resources, deadlines, and people.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the work of line-level Scan Center Clerks.
• Responsible for ensuring team meets output requirements as defined by business needs, including but not limited to completing a planned schedule or working from a live list of work-in processes.
• Responsible for scheduling and planning all resources required to complete daily work within customers SLA’s and quality guidelines.
• Ensures that equipment such as scanners and other processing tools are operating as intended.
• Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Works to continuouslyimprove in all areas.
• Prepares documents for scanning and scans high volumes of paper on internal systems and client platforms.
• Leads by example when reviewing and verifying data entered into system by ensuring the utmost accuracy.
• Follows work processes to ensure optimal output, quality, and downstream process integrity.
• Enters information from scanned images and paper documents.
• Follows established procedures and ensures output and quality meet expectations.
• Communicates with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Complies with and adheres to MetaSource policies and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience leading people in a production environment
• Strong knowledge and understanding of efficient production processes
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively write and present information to individuals and small groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
