Job summary

MetaSource is seeking a Scan Center Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of a production team. You will lead Clerks, ensure output targets and SLAs are met, and coordinate scheduling and resources to sustain quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment effectiveness, maintaining data accuracy, and communicating professionally with internal and client stakeholders. Background checks and drug tests apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of experience leading people in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of efficient production processes.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write and present information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret data such as graphs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the work of line-level Scan Center Clerks.
• Ensures the team meets output requirements and follows schedules.
• Plans and resources daily to meet SLA and quality guidelines.
• Ensures scanners and processing tools operate correctly.
• Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to improve results.
• Prepares documents for scanning and handles high volumes of paper.
• Reviews data for accuracy and integrity in systems.
• Adheres to established work processes and maintains output and quality.
• Communicates with coworkers, management, clients and others professionally.
• Complies with MetaSource policies and procedures.
