Quirch Foods is seeking a Sales Support Supervisor to lead a team of sales support specialists, oversee order processing, and ensure top-notch customer service. The role partners with sales reps to keep the pipeline moving and requires strong CRM and Office skills.

The incumbent will manage documentation, inventory coordination with the warehouse, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy across the sales support function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales support; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Strong verbal/written communication and attention to detail.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of sales support specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Order Management: Oversee the order processing system, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Customer Support: Assist with customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Coordination: Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure seamless communication and support throughout the sales process.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales support function.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales support activities, order status, and customer feedback to senior management.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse team.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales support or a related role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in sales support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various aspects of sales support operations.
• Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues and operational challenges.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and documentation.
