Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse Nursing Supervisor to oversee resident care across Continuing Care neighborhoods including skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living and memory care in Maris Grove, Glen Mills, PA.

The role requires a valid RN license in the state and current CPR certification, with a minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience and preferred supervisory background. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 with annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year floor nursing experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods (skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living, and memory care) to ensure nursing staff provide the highest level of resident care.
• Review, adjust and monitor nursing staffing to ensure appropriate staff is available to provide resident care and meet established PPD.
• Implement a person-centered approach to care, focusing on resident strengths and providing comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Assist in resolving resident/family concerns and grievances.
• Lead investigations for injuries, medication errors, and abuse allegations; complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Review documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations and Erickson policy.

Compensation: Salary 100K-105K + Annual Bonus potential.

How you will make an impact

• Lead investigations for injuries of unknown origin, medication errors, and/or abuse allegations as needed or requested. Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Review documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice, and Erickson policy.

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification required.
