Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Maris Grove in Glen Mills, PA seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor to lead bedside care across skilled nursing, long-term care, and memory care neighborhoods.

The role requires at least 1 year of floor nursing experience in relevant settings and an active RN license with CPR certification. Compensation is salary 100,000–105,000 USD plus annual bonus potential, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform walking rounds through Continuing Care neighborhoods to ensure high resident care.
• Review and monitor nursing staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
• Apply person-centered care focusing on resident strengths and comfort.
• Assist in resolving resident/family concerns and grievances.
• Lead investigations for injuries, medication errors or abuse allegations as needed.
• Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Review medical records to ensure regulatory compliance and standards.

How you will make an impact

• Perform walking rounds through all Continuing Care neighborhoods (skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living, and memory care) to ensure nursing staff are providing the highest level of resident care possible
• Review, adjust and monitor nursing staffing in all neighborhoods to ensure appropriate staff is available to provide resident care and meet established PPD.
• Effectively implement a person-centered approach to care, focusing on the resident’s strengths while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Assist in resolving resident/family concerns and grievances
• Lead investigations for injuries of unknown origin, medication errors, and/or abuse allegations as needed or requested
• Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing
• Review documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice, and Erickson policy

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital is required
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required
• Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse
• Current CPR certification required. Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable. These regulations take precedence over the requirements outlined in the job description.
