Position Overview:

The Supervisor, Retail Operations is responsible for assisting the Manager with interfacing, consulting with qualified patients and caregivers, and administering approved medical marijuana products. The Supervisor oversees all activities related to the operation of the Dispensing Facility, including patient identification and registration, record retention, product tracking, and inventory control as directed by the Manager. This position is located at our Green Solution dispensary in Westminster, CO.

Pay and Schedule:
  • Pay: $21/hr + Benefits + Tips
  • Schedule: Full time, including weekends
Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance with all regulations governing the medical cannabis program and supervise dispensary staff training in the absence of the Manager.
  2. Manage point of sale transactions and oversee inventory management using BioTrackTHC.
  3. Resolve inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts.
  4. Develop privacy policies and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  5. Act as liaison between staff, management, law enforcement, and health authorities.
  6. Monitor department goals, safety procedures, and quality assurance plans.
  7. Manage security systems, record keeping, and product storage/disposal.
  8. Foster a positive company culture emphasizing quality and teamwork.
  9. Implement HR policies, conduct investigations, and manage employee relations.
  10. Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; manage workforce and compensation programs.
  11. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 21 years of age
  • MED Badge
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years management experience with emphasis on employee relations
  • Experience in retail operations, inventory control, and compliance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict management skills
Additional Information:
  • Travel: 0%
  • FLSA Status: Non-exempt
  • Physical requirements include standing, walking, manual tasks, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
  • Work environment is moderate noise; accommodations available per law.
