Job summary

Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center is seeking a Supervisor for Radiation Therapy to join our REMARKABLE acute care team in Winston-Salem, NC. This leadership role requires ARRT board certification and a strong background as a Radiation Therapist, with at least three years of supervisory experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field and demonstrated ability to lead a collaborative clinical team, manage competencies, and support professional growth

Qualifications

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. B.S. in health related field.
• Experience: Five years as staff Radiation Therapist, required. Three years supervisory experience, required.
• Licensure/Certification: Graduate of accredited Radiation Therapy program, required. Board certified by ARRT in Radiation Oncology, required.
• Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Computer skills to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Intranet/Internet.
