Job summary

Eads Cooling Solutions LLC in Catoosa, OK is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will lead, train, and mentor a manufacturing team to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes optimizing production processes, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, safe plant. Previous supervisory experience in a factory setting is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable experience with progressive responsibility in a manufacturing production environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem analysis and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze setup time, review labor hours, and meet production control schedules.
• Define expected production standards and monitor performance of personnel.
• Provide leadership to the plant production team in safety, machine operation, sanitation, quality, customer service and maintenance.
• Maintain understanding of expectations for accuracy, quality and timeliness; develop methods to meet or exceed them.
• Review production orders to plan department operations and delivery dates.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained and improved; apply continuous improvement to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment with high housekeeping standards.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Production Supervisor is responsible for assisting in all areas of daily operations. Eads Cooling Solutions is looking for a highly driven individual that will supervise, train, motivate and mentor production employees.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze setup time and ensure accuracy, review labor hours, and meet production control schedules
• Define expected production standards and monitor performance standards of assigned personnel
• Provide leadership and direction to the plant production team members in areas of safety, machine operation, sanitation, quality, customer service and maintenance.
• Maintain a clear understanding of company expectations for accuracy, quality and timelessness and develop methods for meeting or exceeding those expectations.
• Review production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates to plan department operations.
• Ensure that quality standards are maintained and continually improved upon.
• Implement continuous improvement processes that increase productivity and reduce production costs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the plant with a high standard on housekeeping.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years of applicable experience with progressive responsibility in a manufacturing production environment
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• A minimum of two (2) years of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience and Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
• Problem analysis and resolution.
