MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a 2nd-shift Production Supervisor at our Goshen facility. You will supervise operations to meet schedules and quality goals while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

You will lead a team, enforce policies, drive continuous improvement, and train staff on equipment and procedures. A BS/AS in a technical or business field is preferred; 2-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing is valued.

Job Description

Responsible for the supervision of operational activities in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and standards to achieve established production schedules and desired quality levels in a safe manner. The most successful supervisor motivates employees to resolve issues and make good decisions in order to meet departmental and plant goals in the areas of safety, quality and production. Together with your team you will promote a clean safe work area while continuously checking for hazardous conditions and ensure policies, programs and standard work procedures are followed to meet production goals.

This position is on 2nd shift at our Goshen, IN facility, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday overtime.

Key Accountabilities

Promote clean, safe work areas throughout the plant by continuously checking for hazardous conditions. Achieve departmental, plant, and corporate goals for safety, quality, and productivity. Supervise the activities and personnel engaged in manufacturing of products within their assigned department and shift. Create, maintain, and audit Standard Work. Interpret, apply, and/or consistently enforce all company policies, programs, rules, regulations, and safety rules. Lead production employees in continuous improvement activities. Develop, direct, and manage manufacturing personnel and train them to properly utilize all equipment and tools.

Education & Experience

Strong analytical, problem solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred. BS degree or AS degree in a technical or business-related field preferred.
