Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Pharmacist to implement, coordinate and supervise pharmacy services at Chenango Memorial Hospital during the day shift, with a 32-hour work week.

A BS in Pharmacy or a PharmD is required, along with at least three years of pharmacy experience; NYSOP licensure is expected. Preferred advanced degree or residency.
