Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY is seeking a dedicated Unit Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the patient accounting unit, monitor performance, and ensure timely resolution of accounts with accuracy and integrity.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in healthcare central business office or patient accounting services and a High School Diploma or GED, with strong attention to detail and effective communication skills to support senior leadership goals.

• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare central business office or patient accounting services.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily supervision of the unit as well as resolution of assigned accounts . By performing these functions, the supervisor ensures that established goals and other metrics assigned by Senior Leadership are met or exceeded with integrity in a positive manner while adhering to compliance regulations.
