Job summary

Temple-Health is seeking a Billing Manager to supervise and train Patient Accounting Billing Representatives, ensuring accurate reimbursement on every account. The role coordinates all billing activities and oversees third-party claim processing.

You will compile KPI reports for A/R, resolve third-party and self-pay collection issues, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. A bachelor's degree is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in patient accounting and medical billing per state/federal regulations.
• Minimum 5 years in a related position.
• Experience with state and federal regulations required.
