Job summary

Temple-Health in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Cash Posting Analyst to join our finance team. You will accurately apply patient and insurer payments to patient and clearing accounts, reconcile transactions, and identify discrepancies to ensure balanced ledgers.

Responsibilities include working in the clearinghouse system and payor portals to match remittance and cash deposits, resolve errors, run remittance work queues, and ensure PLB payments are routed and matched appropriately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field is required.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 4 years experience in Healthcare Business, Accounting, and/or Finance Required
• General Experience working in cash office, billing and invoicing, operations or finance Required
