MercyOne Genesis Aledo Medical Center is hiring a Supervisor for Patient Access. This role oversees the daily operations and staff within outpatient registration, admissions, and financial counseling, ensuring timely patient processing and accuracy.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in Pre-service/Patient Access with supervisory responsibilities and is prepared to obtain HFMA CRCR, NAHAM CHAA/CHAM within the first year.

Provides clear direction & manages /advancespeople, processes, structures & / or programs that support direct / indirect care. Demonstrates behaviors in alignment with culture & creates / supports comprehensive strategies & measures progress to achieve desired outcomes.
