Position Overview

Responsible for the daily operations of the department, including directing the activities of patient interviewers and related staff to support patient access and registration functions. Prepares reports, statistical summaries, time studies, and conducts quality control audits.

Minimum Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Associates Degree (Preferred)

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in patient access (Required)
• General knowledge of insurance requirements, verification, and third-party billing (Required)
