Providence PACE Spokane is seeking a dedicated PACE Operations Supervisor to assist the PACE Operations Site Manager in organizing, coordinating, directing, and evaluating overall functions and program activities for our elderly care program.

This role supports management of PACE participants including quality, service, utilization and financial outcomes, and requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in operations with staff supervision and budgeting.

  • 2 years of experience in operations including staff supervision and budgeting; including at least one year experience working with the elderly.
  • Driving is necessary as part of this role; caregivers must comply with state laws for driving.

Description

The PACE Operations Supervisor assists PACE Operations Site Manager in organizing, coordinating, directing, and evaluating overall functions and program activities. This position supports management of PACE (Program-of-All-Inclusive-Care for the Elderly) participants including, quality, service, utilization and financial outcomes.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a Health related field or equivalent education/experience

  • Driving is a necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

  • 2 years of experience in operations, including staff supervision and budgeting; including at least one year experience working with the elderly.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a Health related field or equivalent education/experience

  • 1 year of experience in care management, population management and/or evidenced-based clinical care.

  • Experience with team-building and interpersonal conflict management.
