Job summary

Entertainment Technology Partners in Las Vegas is seeking a QC Lighting Technician Lead to inspect, test, and verify lighting equipment, ensuring readiness for shows and events. You will oversee setup, perform troubleshooting, and drive quality standards across the lighting inventory.

You will train and mentor QC Lighting Technicians, maintain inspection records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in professional lighting, AV, or quality control.
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Strong knowledge of professional lighting systems, signal flow, troubleshooting, and equipment handling.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the inspection, testing, and verification of lighting equipment to maintain operational excellence.

Location: Las Vegas, NV | Full Time | Pay Range: $54,678.86 - $65,878.15/YR (Based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do
Ensure Equipment Readiness
