Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor in Rancho Mirage, CA. This full-time role covers first and second shifts, including holidays and weekends, with an hourly rate of $27.30.

You will inspect storage, supervise associates, monitor dining rooms for service and safety, and coordinate with management to recognize performance. Driver’s license required and applicable policies followed.

• Assist other departments to ensure optimal service to guests.
• Ensure associates are trained in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects.
• Collaborate with management to formally recognize hourly associates’ performance contributions.
• Provide hourly duties assistance to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs; interact professionally and promptly; contribute to team goals; always follow company policies and safety procedures.

• Background and drug screening may be required in accordance with company policy and applicable legal requirements.
