Operations Supervisor

Position: Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficiency. Your leadership will guide staff and maintain safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct field operations and manage staff to ensure high service levels.
• Communicate job requirements and responsibilities to drivers.
• Conduct daily evaluations and provide feedback to local management.
• Investigate incidents and assist drivers in preparing necessary reports.
• Address customer service issues professionally and effectively.
• Monitor driver safety, performance, and compliance with labor policies.
• Assist with driver recruitment and prepare operational reports.
• Conduct road checks, training, and routing as needed.
• Obtain and maintain a CDL to operate vehicles at the location.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience with a diverse workforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Windows-based programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong math skills and previous transportation knowledge (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
