Supervisor, Operations – Hammond, LA

ADMA Biologics is a biopharmaceutical company committed to creating superior products for immunodeficient patients at risk for infection. We are looking for a dynamic Supervisor, Operations for our Plasma Collection Center in Hammond, LA.

Position Summary

The Supervisor, Operations will be competent in all aspects of the ADMA BioCenters operations, certified and a preceptor in each work area, and supervise and train employees. They will assist with supervision of all activities executed within the plasma collection centers as assigned by the Director, Center Operations or Manager, Center Quality. In the absence of senior center management members, this position oversees all site activities; otherwise it is 100% focused on primary supervisory role. The Supervisor works with ADMA team members to create a team environment and ensures donor satisfaction while maintaining safety, health, and friendliness.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Direct oversight and responsibility for employee activities and donor service within their assigned area(s).
• Ensure staff are trained and competent to perform duties according to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and direct donor flow through the Center to meet expected donor time in center goals.
• Perform lookbacks, audits, data tracking, and process flow evaluation.
• As assigned, work directly with QA to monitor errors, develop corrective actions, and ensure compliance with regulatory, cGMP, and customer requirements.
• Monitor staff performance against standards and provide immediate correction as needed.
• Monitor medical supply usage and other company resources and inform the Director or Assistant Manager when supplies are needed.
• Participate in Center internal audits and assist as necessary.
• Manage donor floor production task schedules proactively.
• Directly oversee donor satisfaction daily and work to limit service issues and delays.
• Provide input into staff annual evaluations.
• Set an example of excellent work ethic and instill good work ethics in staff.
• Maintain competence with all required tasks.
• Ability to train others is required.
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements: Entry-level management position, minimal experience required.
