Job summary

Barletta Boat Company, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to lead an hourly manufacturing team focused on safety, productivity, and quality. You will remove obstacles, guide and develop your group, and drive aligned results across the department while ensuring adherence to Barletta’s policies and culture.

You will coach team members, conduct annual reviews, and partner with Plant Managers on safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6–7 years of functional experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of management experience in the marine industry (supervisor experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Champion a “Barletta Great” culture by developing your team and driving safety, productivity, quality, and culture.
• Address issues and promote best practices; resolve conflicts and report accidents or policy violations.
• Complete all administrative functions related to hourly payroll.
• Adhere to training and development expectations and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Complete coaching and corrective action documentation and develop plans to support performance improvement and growth.

• Communicate daily productivity goals and updates proactively.
• Review daily and weekly production schedules and develop plans to meet production targets.
• Train and mentor your group to maximize knowledge, skills, abilities, and overall performance across Safety, Productivity, and Quality.
