Job summary

Barletta Boats in Bristol, IN seeks a Supervisor, Operations to lead a manufacturing team with a focus on safety, productivity, quality, and culture. You will guide, develop, and coach your group to achieve excellence while upholding Barletta’s policies and standards.

You will manage daily payroll functions, participate in training, and conduct performance reviews. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work additional hours, including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of management experience in the marine industry (supervisor experience preferred).
• Availability to work additional hours (40+) and possible Saturdays.
