Barletta Boats is seeking a Service Parts & Shipping Associate to support dealers and customers by receiving, organizing, packing, and delivering parts accurately and on time. This role keeps inventory organized and ensures shipments meet quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to operate forklift and warehouse equipment safely while collaborating with a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, or inventory management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and vehicles
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to complete company training)
• Experience with freight shipping and crating is a plus

What You'll Do

As a Service Parts & Shipping Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our dealers and customers by ensuring parts and materials are received, organized, packaged, and delivered accurately and on time.

Your Day May Include

• Receiving, unloading, labeling, and storing inventory
• Picking up and delivering parts and supplies
• Building custom crates and preparing freight shipments
• Picking, packing, wrapping, and shipping customer orders
• Verifying accuracy and quality of outgoing shipments
• Maintaining inventory and reporting discrepancies
• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
