Job summary

Barletta Boat Company, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to lead a manufacturing team in Bristol, IN. You will manage daily production activities, remove obstacles, develop staff, uphold safety, quality, and productivity, and drive alignment with Barletta's values.

You will coach team members, conduct performance reviews, and ensure training compliance while maintaining accountability for safety and operational targets.

Qualifications

• Dependable with excellent attendance and reliability.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge to support administrative functions.
• Availability to work additional hours (40+) and possible Saturdays.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6-7 years of manufacturing experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role in the marine industry are preferred.

• Address issues, promote best practices, resolve conflicts, and report accidents or policy violations.
• Complete all administrative functions related to hourly payroll.
• Adhere to required training and development expectations.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and coaching actions to improve performance.
• Develop plans that support performance improvement and growth.
