RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the Recovery Support Staff (RSS) supervisors and document all supervisions in Relias
• Oversee and assign duties to Recovery Support Staff
• Train and onboard new RSS staff
• Develop the weekly RSS schedule and ensure coverage for all shifts
• On call after hours to RSS for any emergencies
• Conduct monthly RSS staff meetings
• Develop, with the Program Director, the RSS staff meeting agendas and attend all case conferences weekly

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree a plus

Licenses / Certifications

• CASAC preferred
• Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor – Trainee (CASAC) in good standing

Required Experience

• Minimum two years’ experience working in a substance use disorder treatment setting, including working with patients with co‑occurring disorders
• Experience with case management and knowledge of and/or experience substance abuse, mental health, health, vocational/educational/training, and housing systems
