Job summary

What You Will Do:

This position is responsible for the coordination of operations throughout the hospital on a given shift, off shifts, weekends and holidays. The person is responsible for ensuring that all standards of performance in the patient care process are met.
Essential Functions

• Demonstrates and communicates the hospital’s core values and core processes.
• Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure holistic patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes
• Analyzes information, develops and implements plan of care, evaluates results and makes adjustments as needed.
• Integrates experience and critical thinking skills to ensure safe patient care.
• Establishes priorities among departments and adjusts accordingly when needed.
• Assists nursing from a clinical standpoint when needed.

What You Will Need:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum of two years experience as an RN, BSN preferred.
• ACLS and PALS preferred.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS
