Available Hours: 11pm - 7:30am (non‑exempt/hourly position), Full‑time
Midwest Center for Youth and Families (a subsidiary of UHS) has been in operation since 1997, serving youth across the country that are in need of psychiatric treatment for a variety of mental health issues. The Midwest Center is a respected healthcare provider, fully accredited, 74‑bed private, residential treatment facility with locations in Valparaiso and Kouts, IN.
We are dedicated to care of the hearts and minds of our patients with compassion and superior quality behavioral healthcare services through our full‑immersion Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program for children and adolescents ages 10‑18 who struggle with emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges.
The Patriot Support Program at Midwest Center offers specialized treatment designed to address the behavioral health needs and challenges of the children of active‑duty military, reserve, and national guard members.

Responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practices, and facility policies, goals, and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the philosophy, educational, and performance improvement efforts while providing supervision to milieu staff. Collaborates closely with other directors to ensure regulatory compliance.
