Job summary

HuFriedyGroup in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing to oversee daily operations on first and second shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production. This exempt, full-time role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and adherence to ISO standards within a fast-paced medical instrument environment.

The ideal candidate has a BS/BA or equivalent, SAP experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, foster teamwork, and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities and performance of direct reports to ensure the achievement of objectives and performance goals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, operating procedures, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
• Develop employees through orientation, training, and establishment of objectives, communication of rules and policies, while building employee morale and motivation.
• Takes necessary actions to eliminate delays so as to ensure adherence to production and shipping schedules.
• Monitor associate performance and administer progressive discipline as needed.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Ensure that quality systems are adhered by maintaining ISO standards.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Position Summary
