HuFriedyGroup is seeking a strategic and transformational technology leader to join our Information Technology team as Director, Global Applications Management. In this highly visible leadership role, you will own the strategy, delivery, and evolution of the enterprise application ecosystem that supports our global finance, supply chain, operations, commercial, and customer‑facing functions.

This position is ideal for a leader who combines deep enterprise applications expertise with strong business acumen and a passion for driving modernization, operational excellence, and digital transformation. You'll help shape the future of our technology landscape while leading critical initiatives across ERP, Salesforce, eCommerce, AI, automation, and M&A integrations.

What You’ll Do
Shape Enterprise Technology Strategy
  • Define and execute the global application roadmap across ERP, CRM, and other core enterprise platforms.
  • Drive application modernization, standardization, and rationalization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce complexity.
  • Develop investment strategies that balance innovation, business value, scalability, and cost optimization.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align technology priorities with business growth objectives.
Lead Enterprise Transformation Programs
  • Oversee large‑scale enterprise programs including ERP, CRM, supply chain, procurement, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead technology integration efforts associated with mergers and acquisitions, including system assessments, data migration, and platform consolidation.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data‑driven capabilities to improve productivity and decision‑making across the enterprise.
  • Ensure strong governance, execution discipline, and value realization across strategic initiatives.
Enable Business Growth & Digital Innovation
  • Partner closely with business leaders to translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with Digital Solutions teams to support eCommerce and customer‑facing platforms through effective enterprise systems integration.
  • Drive improvements across order‑to‑cash, pricing, fulfillment, and other critical business processes.
Build & Lead High‑Performing Teams
  • Lead and develop teams responsible for enterprise architecture, application delivery, and ongoing platform support.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Establish scalable governance, prioritization, and delivery frameworks that support business agility and growth.
Travel up to 20% including internationally
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, application delivery, architecture, or IT operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing enterprise‑scale platforms and transformation programs.

M&A Integration

  • Experience leading technology integration efforts associated with acquisitions.

  • Experience applying AI, automation, and data‑driven solutions to improve business performance.
